Second, wiring:

Power cord: The wire is thick enough to use multiple wires.

Signal and communication lines: Shielded Category 5 twisted pair cable. The 485 bus must use a twisted pair of wire connections. It is recommended to use 4*0.5 four-core shielded cable when purchasing the wire.

Note the following points:

1. The shielded cable must not be used as a connection line of 0V voltage (power ground). 2. Only one grounding terminal of each shielded circuit can be used. 3. When the shielded loop cannot be grounded, the shielded cable can be connected to another one of the networks. Shielded circuit.

4. The signal ground of each module must be connected together.

5. If there is a breakpoint in the middle of the line, the breakpoint must be soldered and insulated.

6, do not put the network cable and AC power together.

7. If the network connection exceeds 1000 meters, repeaters must be added and the repeater can be extended for another 1000 meters.

Third, the access control system:

Pay attention to the selection of the installation location to prevent electromagnetic interference.

1. Card reader: Do not install on a metal object. The distance between the two readers should not be less than 30 cm. It is best to supply power through the controller. If the reader is powered separately from the outside, use a linear regulator (transformer) for the card reader power supply, and do not connect the negative terminal of the DC to the AC ground.

2. Network adapter: The connection between the controller and the controller adopts a hand-in-hand approach.

3, controller: without isolation controller, it is recommended to use the same power supply.
